 Changed all references from villagers to Villajers

Changed "All Villagers" to "All Available" in villager selection screen
How can villagers help you (remove today)

Took price off first request step
Reinstated trigger to expire requests over 15 min past due date
On Homescreen, changed "Ready to earn" to "Need a gig"
Fixed bug where you could not change your profile photo once selected.
If you are set to "Available later" you aren't shown in immediate need requests
Send notification when someone adds them to their Vllaj.
Fixed bug where everyone was listed as in your villaj
For babysitting requests I’m at pickup changed to "I'm Here"
Add followers and following to profile screen

Logon Screen
Added Terms to Login Screen
Added Privacy Policy to Login Screen
Agree to terms toggle is green when selected

Venmo support
if villagers are set to available they are turned to "not available" until they enter their venmo
Added add venmo screen

Make login screen more understandable to people who already have account- There is now a toggle that says "Already have an account? Log in instead" which changes create account to login

  Added Invitation system   If a user tries to signup, they receive a notice that they must obtain an invitation by asking a current user Current users can go into settings -> Invitations and enter an email of a user which they will use to sign up.
